We are seeking an experienced corporate/mergers and acquisitions lawyer to join our legal team supporting our business globally. This will include strategic advice and legal support to our M&A team on transactions; co-ordinating due diligence; group reorganisations; and general company law / corporate advice to the business. The ideal candidate will have substantial deal experience including cross-border transactions, and will have taken a lead role in advising on acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. Applicants will possess significant relevant experience from a strong private practice or in-house background in a common law jurisdiction. You will be commercially orientated with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
