"Prefer Local Candidates Reports to: Director, Quality & Supplier Development All jobs with 7SolutionsUSA require a degree No Sponsorship available Position Purpose: We are looking for a results-oriented Planning Professional to manage a strategic sourcing process which includes: cost analysis, risk management, market analysis, strategy development, competitive bidding, supplier negotiations, supplier selection, concurrent engineering support, supplier management, cost saving methodologies, cost forecasting and project management. Key Position Accountabilities: • Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models and software tools) in creating forecasts and respective inventory targets. • Utilize advanced understanding of Microsoft Access/Excel to process complex S&OP datasets and demonstrate project planning expertise with MS Project or Agile software. • Accountable for key supply chain KPIs across the managed supplier portfolio. • Conduct ad hoc forecasting analysis that illuminates trends and issues • Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the operational forecast as well as the prerequisites for inventory/replenishment planning. • Analyze procurement cost trends to isolate opportunities for possible acquisition savings and elevate to Sourcing for execution. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics. MBA Preferred. 2. 5-7 years of forecasting/demand planning, supply planning/procurement, inventory deployment, logistics, sourcing, product management, and/or distribution. Preference to experience sets with 2-3 of above areas especially sourcing and procurement. 3. Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel & Access. If/Then statements as well as VLOOKUPs in Excel are considered mandatory skills. 4. Agile PLM or MS Project expertise required. 5. Experience working in an S&OP environment a plus. 6. Proven track record of developing business process improvements tools/methods. 7. Must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously 8. Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive consensus 9. Strong working knowledge of MRP and ERP systems 10. Strong communication skills – including ability to present and articulate strategic business direction in forums that include senior management"
