"Urgently looking for an Accountant/Manager level (India Operation), with 4+ yrs of Post CA/ICWA, with one of the leading MNC – Real Estate developer, management and Investment Funding Company, position based at ITPL, Bangalore. Projects: IT Park, Logistic Park, Industrial Park etc. Responsibility: Key Roles & Responsibilities You will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions for a portfolio of companies. This includes timely and accurate preparation of management reports, variance analysis of results, EVA reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will conduct credit review of suppliers and contractors; liaise with tax consultants and auditors on tax and audit matters. You will ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and be involved in SAP implementation and testing. •Consolidate cash flow statements for all projects and the management company for preparation of budget on quarterly basis. •Responsible of Timely completion and resolution of Direct and Indirect Taxation •Prepare reconciliation of accounts, various management accounts and reports, attending to taxation issues as well as presenting and clarifying financial matters during Finance Committee and Client meetings Please reply with your updated resume at kanan@aptcareer.com, if interested.
