He will take charge of design solution definition, , new release introduction, High Level Design preparation, daily discussion with IT engineering team to support their analysis and to identify further business expansion opportunity. He has to become the primary interface for every customer new requirement and he has to build a strong relationship with the main stakeholders in the customer side to ensure full customer satisfaction and timely delivery of the new requirement, new design and related documentation. He also need to build a close communication channels with the R&D team in order to shorten the time it is taken to provide the customer with the information required. This position requires very strong experience in developing fixed broadband network architecture and services. Very deep knowledge of BRAS and BNG node architecture This position requires at least 8-10 years experience of working with big networks in the BRAS/BNG field. Strong competence on IP and MPLS routing protocol and network architecture, deep understanding of BRAS/BNG technology, user access protocols (IPoE,PPP, radius,accounting), DPI technology, ATM and Ethernet technology and related standards. QoS and traffic management design capabilities. Deep understanding of operators design and operation process and procedures. Knowledge of fixed broadband network architecture, DSL services architecture, IP network and routing protocol, ATM network and protocol, user Access protocol (DHCP, PPP, etc…). All related standards from ITU, ETSI and IETF should be known. IP and BRAS/BNG node basic architecture and main functionality.
