"I have an immediate opportunity for a Business Unit Controller for our Chicago manufacturing client for their Albuquerque, NM operations. The Business Unit Controller would be responsible for overseeing three operations for turnaround and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate would have a BS in Accounting/Finance, MBA/CPA strongly preferred; 15+ years of manufacturing experience, specifically responsible for a P&L of $80M+ revenue; previous turnaround experience; must understand key cost and business drivers; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advance Excel proficiency; be hands-on and detailed-oriented; able to work in a challenging and dynamic environment; possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; and be able to travel domestic/international.
