The consultant would establish, direct, and ensure a successful business outcome for strategic projects initiated by Senior Management. The ideal candidate would have a BS or Masters Business, PMP strongly preferred; 10+ years of experience managing large-scale projects or programs of significant complexity and value ($5M+) with high risk required; prior experience in financial services strongly preferred; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt required; process improvement experience required; ability to develop project plans, expert change leadership, risk, and management skills; knowledge of project metrics including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics; experience with basic root cause analysis; solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; self-starter and self-directed; strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and comfortable working with all levels of corporate infrastructure.
