Work in a globally distributed team with excellent track record on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Complete independent technical analysis, design, development and implementation of data loaders, data flows, data quality, reconciliation and workflows as per requirements. Conduct requirements analysis and design sessions. Develop Technical specifications and design documents. Understand business requirements at a team level. Lead code reviews and incorporate learning into work practices. Oversee standard development and change management methodologies are followed in the team. Contribute to the development of technical standards and procedures at the work group level. Mentor and lead junior members of the team. Estimation of delivery effort and managing work items for the team. Additional Responsibilities Conduct problem analysis and resolution. Practice basic characteristics of good working relationships. Articulate and mentor concepts in approach to problem solving. Develop domain expertise in specific technical and/or business areas. The position involves a variety of tasks with plenty of room for growth. 6-10 years of total relevant experience. Minimum Requirements Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server BI Studio, SSIS, SSAS Strong experience in Database Design, SQL Programming, Performance tuning and Problem solving skills.
