"Position Summary This position is responsible for recruiting best in class talent for my client. Duties include developing recruitment strategies with client groups, Identifying bests in class candidates through “direct to market” methods. Requirements also include providing excellent candidate experience; strong organizational skills to track and measure activity and the ability to ensure candidates are moved through process in a timely manner. Responsive follow up to candidates and hiring managers required. You will partner with in-country HR Business Partners to deliver first class service/support to business groups through Central and Southern EMEA region. Primary Duties / Responsibilities • Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their business and hiring needs • Collaborates with HR Business Partners to determine workforce planning and hiring forecast for client group • Meets with hiring managers for initial consultations on open requisitions • Develop and drive your regional Service level agreements (SLA’s) • Tailor Resourcing Strategy to business groups needs • Manages posting process for open requisitions • Identifies and implements creative recruiting strategies • Drives regular and ad-hoc recruiting update meetings • Serves as project manager for client’s recruiting needs-related projects and processes • Accountability to fill open requisitions within established time to fill guidelines • Uses variety of progressive sourcing techniques to identify top talent both active and passive candidates. (linkedin.com, Xing,com) Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities) • At least 5 years experience in successfully recruiting talent in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; • Strong organizational skills, the passion to "do whatever it takes" for the client group, and strong communication & technical skills. • Strong negotiation and influencing skills required. • Strong strategic, tactical, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, creative, and influencing skills • Proven track record in researching and successfully recruiting candidates for difficult-to-fill positions, nationally, on a high-volume basis, using extensive search techniques and methods • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on many projects simultaneously. Functional / Technical Requirements (include Education, Certifications, Training) • 5-7 years experience in high tech, fast paced recruiting environment. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures particular to high tech environment. • Proven ability to fill positions within required timeframe with highly qualified candidates. • Proficient with applicant tracking systems • Languages – English (Spanish or Italian would by a plus)"
