"1 Role description The Sales Engineer’s role is to build and maintain relations with existing and potential customer in order to develop local business. The Sales Engineer uses the Sales strategy in order to develop business through the leverage of the offerings of the local centers and other offerings developed elsewhere in the group when relevant for local business. This individual is responsible for implementing the development strategy for its sector. He is part of the sales team, under responsibility of the Sales Director. 2 Responsibilities • Support on opening new clients: he supports opening new clients, typically by cold calling of potential clients usually regarding service offerings. • Determine sales and client approach: he executes the tactical approach(es) likely to be most effective for either a specific solution and market segment or a specific client. He manages the sales activities to meet agreed targets and corporate objectives within agreed budgets. • Leads and opportunities: he contacts prospective customers, prospect for new sales leads and develops existing leads by encouraging recognition of customers’ business needs (exploring how these can be met products and/or services, especially local centers). • Customer contact: he maintains customer contact after making sales proposals to sustain interests, resolve concerns & negotiate, if necessary, on both commercial and technical issues to achieve sales agreement. • Negotiation: he negotiates with his customer counterpart, on both technical and commercial issues, to elaborate acceptable terms for appropriate forms of sales agreements. • Customer satisfaction: he maintains contact with customer organizations to monitor satisfaction and general level of service and to initiate any remedial actions required. • Advise customer on usage: he recommends changes in the customer organization’s use of the products/services supplied, to increase the benefits it obtains from them, and helps ensure customer retention. 3 Required Knowledge and Skill  Sales behavior and capability to turn opportunities into significant deals  Ability to understand, explain and present complex ideas to both specialist and non-specialist audiences in a persuasive and convincing manner.  Good knowledge of the market in Morocco  Capability to develop a global understanding of the offerings  Excellent writing and communication skills  Able to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality  Strong interpersonal skills Pour plus d’informations Contactez-Moi : m.rasson@talents4arabia.ma : CV format Word"
