THE POSITION As the successful candidate, you will be working for an internationally recognised brand name and a highly profitable manufacturing company. This is a 3 months contract with an opportunity for conversion to a permanent position. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and retaining customer confidence through the delivery of exceptional service. Your customers will be both internal and external. The role offers a great opportunity for anyone with strong customer service (corporate) and sales background (manufacturing or corporate). Key Responsibilities: •Management of both internal and external customer relationships •Ability to identify key areas of service improvement (systems enhancements and processes) •Implementation of customer improvement plans and service delivery KPI’s •Support of incoming calls (internal & external) and the ability to answer queries in a timely manner •Administrative tasks: order entry into SAP system, management of follow-up enquiries, general administrative duties WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?
