Clinical Research Manager I Location: Cambridge, MA Duration: 4months Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Position Summary • Works with the Manager, Clinical Operations, the Clinical Research Manager II and other members of the clinical project team to ensure the execution of assigned clinical trials in accordance with Clinical Operations Plans. Qualifications • Experience: BS/RN/RPh degree with 5+ years or MS degree with 3+ years of clinical operations experience including 1+ year of independent site monitoring/management experience • Strong site management, site monitoring and clinical operations experience • Thorough understanding of FDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines as well as a strong understanding of cross-functional clinical processes including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing • Strong leadership, planning and project management skills • Good interpersonal and negotiations skills • Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to contribute creative, practical solutions to problems 2. Clinical Research Manager II Location: Cambridge, MA Duration: 12months Job Description Position Summary • Plans and manages clinical operations for assigned clinical project(s) including timelines, budgets, personnel resources, investigational sites, vendors and key project deliverables; manages mentors and provides professional development guidance to assigned clinical operations staff members. Qualifications Experience • BA/BS/RN/RPh (preferably in healthcare/science field) with 5+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations including site management and site monitoring • Thorough understanding of FDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines as well as a thorough understanding of cross-functional clinical processes including data management, biostatistics, medical writing, drug safety, and regulatory affairs. • Ability to lead a cross-functional team in a matrix environment. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Proven problem solving and decision making skills. • Strong leadership, planning and project management skills.
