"Berean Group is Seeking Interface Programmer/Analyst II Location: Gainesville, GA Job Type: Permanent. Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Description • Perform analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of new HL7 interfaces. • Create, test, maintain, support and enhance HL7 interfaces using Oracle Java CAPS technology. • Maintain accurate, complete integration documentation for data flows, connectivity specifications, routing, filtering, data manipulation, problem resolution, root cause analysis and change control • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Participate in testing efforts: test planning, processing/tracing messages, researching errors and conducting root cause analysis to identify corrective actions. • Tunes enterprise service bus (ESB) for optimal performance. • Coordinates HIE development intiatives with internal and external resources • Utilizes packet level analysis tools to assist with interface troubleshooting. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • Strong problem solving skills • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication ability • Excellent knowledge and experience with HL7. • Good knowledge of SQL Server 2008 database and how to perform basic tasks such as queries, multi-table join queries and general troubleshooting of data errors • AIX operating system and Korne Shell • Should be highly driven with the ability to prioritize critical tasks and handle multiple assignments at the same time.
