View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/pYWMjW Job Description Responsibilities: The Associate will work closely with Analysts and Managing Directors to perform and oversee financial and market analysis, including valuation analysis, as well as build financial models showing the results of potential transactions. Additionally, the Associate will take a substantial role in writing offering memorandums and the preparation of marketing materials. Qualifications: • 3-7 years of investment banking, private equity, or corporate development experience • Strong academic background; MBA or JD preferred but not required • Substantial interest in investment banking, particularly mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance • Strong analytical abilities • Exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence • Strong understanding of financial valuation and accounting • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to communicate ideas (written and verbally) clearly and concisely • Ability to work independently and responsibly with little supervision and instruction, but also work well in a team-oriented environment • Strong attention to detail • Desire to work as part of a small, highly entrepreneurial team"
