Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office, the Compliance Sr Project Manager will provide support for program planning, execution, tracking, communications and reporting for multiple high priority cross-functional projects aligned with the Compliance Strategic Data Roadmap initiative. This seasoned professional is expected to utilize a deep understanding of the firm’s organization, infrastructure, policies and business strategy to facilitate the implementation of enterprise-wide data governance policies, strategies and practices. The Project Manager will lead process/platform re-engineering and data quality analyses on multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Qualifications -A minimum of 10 + years experience with technology and/or project management related responsibilities in a financial services institution is required and project manager certification is a plus. -The successful candidate will have experience interacting with knowledgeable and demanding audiences at all levels of management. -The incumbent is expected to demonstrate flexibility, versatility and an ability to shepherd multiple concurrent priorities to completion without significant guidance. -Demonstrable success in coordinating large-scale projects involving geographically and functionally diverse stakeholders is required and prior exposure to data management and/or data quality initiatives would be beneficial. -Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey information to senior management are expected.
