"Title: Director/VP of GSI Partner /Account Management Location: Atlanta, GA Job Description and Responsibilities: This candidate would join the highly motivated and high performance management team at enrich IT and report to the CEO. The candidate would be working very closely with large (Big 5) GSIs (Global System Integrators) to develop relationships and to make inroads to make enrich IT their preferred source for all their Oracle skill set requirements. The candidate interacts with the Directors, VPs, and C level leadership teams at the GSIs to represent enrich IT as one of the largest Oracle pure play vendors in the US. Serve as overall partner manager / account director for large global system integrators in building relationship and fulfilling their Oracle / ERP / BI requirements Interacts with the GSI interfaces to stream line the flow of requirements in and the submissions out of enrich IT (rek life cycle) Works closely with the EIT operations team and monitors GSI fulfillment process from the time, quality and process perspective Ensures that certain gross margin criteria/requirements are met on all the GSI engagements Will work with both the internal teams and the external to ensure that EIT fills all the Oracle requirements in particular and ERP & BI requirements in general for the GSI clients Prepares and provides the management reports and statistics on a periodic basis to the EIT management Essential Skills: Should have strong network of Oracle / ERP / BI professionals in US market Exceptionally good communication (oral and written) skills Excellent interpersonal skills and Must be a good listener with good analyzing capabilities Ability to interact and impress top level management personnel at the GSI clients Ability to build long lasting personal relationships with business associates and partners and leverage these relationships to further the growth opportunities for EIT Must be a team player Must be well versed with MS Power Point, XL, Word, webex presentations Ability to conduct demonstrations and presentations to high value audience Must possess the business acumen and sensitivity to be able to make certain decision that directly impact the relationships and hence the business dealing and vice versa The candidate must have the ability, aggressiveness and perseverance to go after and meet the sales milestones, quotas and targets Experience Required: The candidate will have at least 10 to 12 years of experience working with large clients in sales, account management capacities The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working with the Big 5 consulting firms or major staffing vendors in the partner/ account management capacity Must have experience working in high pressure situations and be able to meet the sales targets and milestones Must have proven track record of building new relationships and channels within the GSI realm Must have experience working with various internal departments (Operations, HR, Talent Management, Sales etc) to accomplish the task at hand Must have independently managed large accounts with at least 3 – 5 Milion in yearly revenues Experience in independently managing multiple large accounts simultaneously is a plus The candidate must be willing to travel as required by the situations and be able to maintain a work-life balance Compensation: DOE, Competitive base salary + sales incentives+ benefits Send resumes resumes with contact details to sreenath.prabhu@enrichit.com"
