The HR Manager must be highly promotable to Sr. HR Business Partner, Director, VP, SVP and one day an Executive leadership roles. We will target hi-performers that show consistent career progressions (i.e., HR Analyst, HR Supervisor, Business Partners, and HR Managers) from only multi-national corporations. NOTE: This corporation is (1) well positioned in a high growth / demand industry, (2) always acquiring other companies to add to their portfolio, & (3) only hiring the Top 10%. Once hired, you will report to a HR Director, partner with functional / business heads, work with the Asia-Pacific HR staff, and lead external vendor relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. After this assignment, your next position could be in Hong Kong, a country specific role in Asia-Pacific or, literally, anywhere in the world (i.e., North America & Europe). Your career within this company will read like a novel. • Chapter 1— HR Manager Asia-Pacific (with your eyes closed you've created the top performing Human Resource Division in managing staffing needs, developing strategies, advising on regulatory statutes and supporting business leaders) . • Chapter 2 (it’s your story so you’ll fill in a few hundred pages of results) • Chapter 3 (promotion to Sr. HR Business Partner or Director HR with more direct reports & headcount / business responsibility) • Chapter 4 (promotion to VP, leading a subsidiary of a multi-million $ group, & exercised your option grants) WHAT WE ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR: The interview committee wants to let you know they are only targeting candidates: • From well known multi-national corporations. • 6 to 10 years experience in HR with generalist responsibilities (i.e., recruiting, HR business partner, compensation & benefits, policies, procedures, etc.). No job hoppers. • Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking). Ideally, also fluent in another language. • With BA degrees; prefer MBAs from top schools • Authorized to work in Hong Kong.
