"large International Pharma company based in Basel, Switzerland, looking for an international profile to joing their team in Basel. The Position The Performance Management and Compensation Specialist will be part of a global team responsible for supporting regions with performance management and compensation programs across the Group. The initial focus of this role will be to assist the assigned region in implementing the new global compensation and performance management principles and processes. After the initial implementation this role will focus on maintenance and support of the new processes and assist affiliates with embedding compensation practices and continuing to foster a performance feedback culture in the assigned region. Activities will include, but are not limited to the following: • In support of the new principles, identify key change impacts for affiliates, assist in developing specific actions and completing required actions for a successful implementation • Provide communication and training to HR Business Partners and specialists on compensation and performance management principles and processes • Serves as a consultant to management and HR Business Partners on various compensation matters such as salary management, program and plan design, employee and manager education and communications, job design and development, and policies and procedures to support business objectives Who you are You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies, and where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point. • Bachelor degree • At least 3 years experience working in compensation. Ideally the experience includes working on the design and maintenance of performance management and/or compensation practices and processes, including but not limited to, job design and evaluation, reward and recognition programs and salary management • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence changes • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory • Ability to analyze information, identify issues and propose constructive solutions • Results orientation and ability to handle uncertainty Please send your Cv to jean@approachpeople.com"
