The Position · As a member of the HR Business Partner team you will provide Global HR services for clients in the Group Functions, with focus on Finance/ Communications/ HR. · You act as a "sparring partner" to senior executives and their management teams, and ensure high quality HR services and advice are provided. · You will proactively diagnose the organizational needs and lead the implementation and delivery of strategic people and change related projects that create value for the business. You will be responsible for concepts and programs that support talent and organizational development. · To do so successfully, you will be cooperating very closely with Human Resources colleagues locally, regionally, globally and cross-functionally. Who you are You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. The ideal candidate possesses the following experience and skills: · 7 - 10 years experience as a HR Business Partner in a global matrix environment · Full range of functional HR skills – Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Talent, Succession and Performance Management, Remuneration, Organizational Development, and Change Management · Experience as line manager and as member of a senior management team; experience in managing staff remotely preferred · Lived and worked in more than one country · Ideally, have worked in one expert function within HR and one role outside of HR · Fluent English and German language skills You are team player who is attracted to a fast paced environment. You enjoy the role of a challenging partner for your clients and feel comfortable to push back and challenge the status quo. Your strong strategic thinking skills come combined with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans, and you assume full responsibility to achieve the expected outcomes. Sound project management skills, a pragmatic approach and very good communication skills enable you to be effective in this role. You have an academic degree and are prepared to travel frequently. This global HR Business Partner role will support smaller, but high profile client groups, and will be a combination of business partnership and conceptual responsibilities. As such, it is an ideal position for someone who fulfills the requirements mentioned above, and would like to newly move into a global HR responsibility.
