You will provide commercial transactions support for Asia Pacific and Middle East (excluding India) sales and business teams. You will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel Asia Pacific, India and Middle East while also working alongside a global legal team. QUALIFICATIONS LLB (or foreign equivalent) with admission to the bar in at least one common law jurisdiction with good standing; Minimum 5 years post qualification experience, preferably from a law firm and/or in house (strong a mix of both would be ideal); International telecommunications background preferred, but other transactional experience considered, particularly IT/IP, M&A and/or outsourcing; Foreign language skills a plus - (Mandarin / other Asian languages / Hindi) A fantastic opportunity to join a growing, forwarding thinking organisation.
