The key is that the candidates also have to have some GMP QA exp- ie perform investigations to determine root cause. This skill must be in the background as well as the validation experience. Responsible for review and approval of documentation for validation and qualification activities to support company, equipment, product and/or performance processes. Assists with establishing validation and/or qualification policies. Assists in the development, review and implementation of validation, quality and engineering procedures. Complies with corporate policies, procedures and regulations. Proceeds according to quality standards and policies in all business activities with providers and customers within and outside the company. Assists in identification of validation constraints for equipment and/or performance processes and/or conducts equipment qualification activities. Participates in project teams as desired by management. Collects data, prepare reports and provide information required. Assist other departments throughout the facility in achieving their objectives by providing technical evaluations, opinions and recommendations."
