Reporting to the Client Services Manager and working with the Network Operations team, your role will be pivotal to the success and operational functions of the Managed Services Division. Key accountabilities include: • High levels of service delivery focus • Perform change management, incident and problem management tasks • Change management processes – manage, update and change • ITIL configuration management framework • Escalate change management issues • Work with stakeholders and in consultation with the customer(s), manage activities within customer specific change windows The successful candidate will possess: • 2-3 + years experience in change management, incident management and problem management • Experience in IT service and support management • Technical skills in Windows 2000/XP and desktop operating environments • Solid skills/experience in ITIL configuration and change management frameworks • Solid analytical, problem solving and team work skills • Current Defence Secret and above clearance (mandatory requirement) • Available to commence work within the next 4-5 weeks Please note: only candidates that meet the above criteria will be contacted.
