"Business Developement-Market Reasearch & Analytics/2-5 yrs/Bangalore The candidate should have the following proficiencies: •To be responsible for sales, transition and delivery of KPO projects. •To understand requirements from clients, put together solutions to fulfill requirements and deliver Knowledge Services with internal and external delivery teams. •Graduates / Post graduates with at least 3 – 4 years of Knowledge Services experience with at least a year of leading KPO delivery teams specialized in research & analysis. •Excellent spoken and written communication skills, interpersonal skills. •Good team player. •Should have been involved in the entire sales cycle – Responding to enquiries, following up with customers, preparing proposals, negotiating prices, handling pilots, closures of sales and growing sales from existing accounts. •Should have a broad understanding of the KPO outsourcing business. •Should have been involved in hands-on research, analysis and writing reports. •Should have hands-on experience with Statistical tools like SPSS, SAS, Millward Brown tools and techniques and other industry relevant software. •Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint. Responsibilities •To provide leadership in execution of Knowledge Services projects. •To ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. •Will be exposed to wide range of projects involved with Market Research & Analysis, Financial Market Research, Life Sciences and Pharma Research. •Should have worked and communicated with customers in US or Europe on an ongoing basis. •Able to strike a relationship with both customers and partners. •Ability to explain the business side of project where he/she was involved. •The candidate should be able to grow the KPO team to new heights in the company and be part of a growing team in tomorrow’s global Knowledge outsourcing space.
