We have nearly 50 chapters reaching 24 states and seek to continue our rapid growth within the U.S., and we are looking for additional director candidate to lead chapters in their business community. The COO Forum has become the professional development home for Chief Operating Officers and Second-in-Command Executives. We recognize the significant role the COO plays as the senior leader responsible for taking their company’s vision and delivering results. Chapter Directors are the primary leaders promoting the local COO Forum experience. These individuals are established business leaders in their geographic area. Our Directors organize the local meetings and events for their area members. They have extensive local autonomy and are encouraged to invite participation. This is a revenue share compensation opportunity which is considered modest. The cache and personal branding attributes of leading a COO Forum Chapter are significant. Our Chapter Directors serve on a very part-time basis, usually holding roles as senior-level advisors and professionals. These individuals contribute 5 to 10 hours a month of their time and efforts to facilitate COO Forum local organizational efforts within their communities.
