"7+ years of employee health and welfare brokerage and/or consulting experience working with fully insured and self-funded accounts. Savvy w/ Excel and analysis. Need strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills. Experience must include advising employers relative to benefit design, funding, administration communication and compliance of Medical, RX, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and other similar related benefits. Will consider people with relevant employer experience. Minimum 50% applicable experience must have been directly in a brokerage and or consulting capacity. Benefit’s designation a plus. Experience working with geographically diverse and complicated groups is preferred; experience with executive benefits and /or collective bargaining a plus. There is some overnight travel. Travel can be a few times a quarter to several times a month. Normally, travel is not weekly.
