Responsibilities: * Partner with AML Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Officers to perform QA reviews including: program governance, risk assessment, Know Your Customer, OFAC/sanctions, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, information sharing, special projects/ad hoc reviews, etc. * Prepare QA planning, fieldwork, and reporting documentation in accordance with QA requirements. * Communicate QA findings to clients. * Assist in the maintenance of regulatory issues database to help ensure that all issues identified are tracked, validated for proper closure and reported. * Partner with clients to perform root cause analysis on key issues that may arise. * Identify “best-in-class” industry practices where applicable. * Build relationships with key stakeholders. * Keep apprised of compliance change to help ensure that QA activities are kept current.
