Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Compliance Specialist / Team Leader– Compliance Department Shani Ben Shoham posted a job: Compliance Specialist / Team Leader– Compliance Department "Compliance Specialist / Team Leader– Compliance Department Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to): • Draft internal memos and professional correspondence • Understand and develop knowledge of regulatory guidelines and how they influence firm’s business processes • Maintain and update documentation files • Conduct research on regulations and draft summaries on findings. • Assist with internal and external audits of the Firm • Assist in general responsibilities of the Compliance program. • Responsible for communicating and educating the Compliance team of new products/initiatives. • Responsible for supervising and leading a team. • Responsible for ongoing evaluation of team members and setting performance measures. Qualifications: • Must be eligible to work in Israel • Minimum 4 years managerial experience. • English at mother tongue level (written and verbal). • Applicants should have a strong grasp of the English language, with all other languages considered as an asset • Applicants should have previous experience working in a Compliance Department • Good computer skills are essential (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet searches, Adobe Writer a plus) • Strong research skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Write and speak persuasively and clearly • Think quickly and problem-solve in real-time • Basic technical knowledge and experience in the financial markets a plus Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am - 5:30pm & Friday 7am - 1pm Winter / 8am – 2pm Summer.
