"Reporting to the Executive Compensation Manager, the position represents a critical role on the Executive Rewards team. It is responsible for analysis and recommendations to the design of key programs such as base salary, short and long term incentives. The position will gather data, perform analyses, and prepare materials for the compensation review process applying to the global top executive population, play an important role in the communication / training activities in the area of Top Executive remuneration, and provide assistance on governance matters. The incumbent helps to manage and govern the business process in the area of Executive Compensation with a focus on the following: • Deliver support to Top Executive customers (ad-hoc benchmarking, offer proposals etc.) • Manage and drive centralized global benchmarking for Top Executive Group (strategy, automation, selection of vendors, job matching, involvement of HR Business Partners, result submission) • Conduct information and training sessions on Top Executives for HR Business Partners, Management and Line Managers independently • Ensure compliance of Executive Remuneration and raise awareness of legal and non-legal risks • Overview the data specific to Top Executives in SAP Tool applications and ensure data accuracy by working closely with Shared Service Centers • Generate information requested by Executive Compensation Manager and Head of Global Performance Management & Compensation • Pro-actively contribute to Compensation strategy This role requires an accomplished individual with a proven track record in Global Compensation and a strong knowledge and understanding of the tools and current trends in Executive Compensation: The profile needs to demonstrate: • Ability to influence and effectively handle senior stakeholder relationships across the organization • Up-to-date industry and market knowledge • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills • Experience in working in an international matrix organization • Knowledge of SAP HR modules is considered a plus • Fluent English (both spoken and written) • Cultural understanding and flexibility • University diploma or a commercial degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in compensation. please send your cv to jean@approachpeople.com"
