"Job Description: Responsible for personnel management, planning, operation, evaluation, quality and appropriateness of service. Report to VP of IMT Division. Framing for planning and guideline, creating the harmonious environment, leading and motivate the team member to follow the strategy and achieve targets, both in company profit side and personal competency. Empower the staffs and encourage the staffs to move forward. Drive customer orientation in department and provide valuable service and satisfy the customer, especially with service method of 24/7 and quick response time demanded. Very good communication skill internally and externally. Continually improve in the efficiency and the quality. Requirements: Education Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanics, electronics or optical inspection / image processing field; Experience Over 8 years of production process service management experience in machinery, electronics, optical inspection / image processing field, or SW controlled inspection system Excellent communication to deal with cusomters and a Metrix organization Stong leadership to manage the team Strong planning and organization skill Project management experiences and technical sensitivity preferred. Other skills Must be well-versed with MS Office applications. Good command of written and spoken English Good Initiative Main Tasks: Planning of budgets in human resources, investment and cost. Evaluation and controlling cost. Implement of the service strategy and achieve the service goals for Surfmax products under the demands of 7/24 service with quick response time and spare parts supply. Setting up, updating, implementing and monitoring service process and procedures according to head office requirements as well as customers’ requirements Lead the servide team to ensure equipment is installed, maintained and kept in a safety and reliable conditions that meet or exceeds customer expectations. Calculation and development of service price list to adapt the market request Control of tools and spare parts supply Manage, develop and motivate the service team to have a harmonious ambience with passion. Build up and maintain customer relations Lead courageously to resolve distriputes or customer complaints in the most professional manner Prepare reports measuring service performance based on selected criteria Ensure smooth communication in a metrix organization with head office in Germany (manufacturer), USA and CZCN organization.
