"Working in the major league of global beer brands, you will be faced with many professional challenges allowing you to grow in your professional career. The position: As a Business Development you are one of the main drivers in developing and implementing strategic projects and in setting the agenda for the group. You will be part of the international Business Development Team located in Switzerland near Basel. The position contains certain travel and the following main responsibilities: • You drive or support strategic procurement projects run by Business Development. • You ensure fact based and analytical sourcing decisions to reach optimal results. • You communicate best practices within the team and with relevant stakeholders, thereby contributing to continuous optimisation within Procurement. • You are a key contributor in developing our sourcing approaches and tools. • You cooperate in a young and dynamic team as well as with colleagues from all around the world. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence your assignments and the future setup as it will be designed to fit the skills, interests and ambitions of the individual. The Business Development role is seen as a fast track career opportunity. Who you are: • You speak English and Mandarin. • You are a top performer, recently graduated at Master level and with 1-2 years relevant work experience. • You have a firm theoretical grounding in business development and processes. • You are self-driven, able to work under pressure and capable of both working independently and as part of a team. • You have a high degree of curiosity associated with a structured mind. • You have excellent analytical and economic skills and a proactively challenging mindset. • You have relevant work experiences from internships or a part time job during your studies. • You have strong communication and interpersonal/networking skills with a proactive approach, as well as the energy and motivation to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment. • You are an advanced user of Power Point, Word and Excel and have good IT skills in general.
