"A company working in online retail of clothes, accessories and lifestyle goods/services (a new startup established by a team of entrepreneurs with a track record of successful projects; the website is ready and is being tested now - launch is planned within the next 5-10 days) is looking for a person to fill marketing manager position. Generally, there can be two types of individuals to apply for the position: -A young individual with not much experience in marketing, but good understanding of fundamentals, some (2-3) years experience in digital marketing (successful experience of working in one of the top advertising agencies is especially welcomed). The person should be really promising, creative, capable to learn fast, and have a good taste. Great English can be a good add-on. Such person will do coordinating/managerial work in promotion, and research on the first stages. In this case on the first stages the involvement of active shareholders and director into marketing activity will be strong, while as we expect the person to learn fast and with time become more independent. -A more experienced person with a track record of success stories and deep understanding of promotion and digital marketing.
