Must be able to develop applications using Microsoft .NET with Silverlight & Server Technologies, primarily to focus on business framework design and development using industry recommended standards. Provide support for existing applications and troubleshoot any problems that arise. Analyze requests for new applications/features, determine the appropriate technology to meet the need, participate in solution design, and provide accurate implementation time estimates. Should start working from Monday, 10 Oct 2011. Key Responsibilities . Gather requirements for project and creates specifications for code development. Also expected to analyze requests for new applications/features, determine the appropriate technology and software design to meet the need and to provide accurate implementation time estimates. . Designing and developing web-based, desktop or smart-client applications, primarily to facilitate entry, display, analysis and reporting of customer or hosted data, and to provide support for existing applications and troubleshoot any problems that arise. . Ability to review, evaluate, design, implement and maintain company databases and/or applications . Adhere to company coding and development standards . Produce documentation for the development work undertaken. Qualifications and Experience . Computer Science Degree or any Equivalent degree. . Programming with the minimum 4 years of professional software development experience , including 4 Yrs C# and Microsoft.NET with 2 Yrs in Silverlight in a medium to large scale web and windows forms application development environment. This is an experienced Microsoft Technology Consultant position; the successful applicant will be expected to complete the programming assignment with the minimum supervision as well as participate in overall system design and provide guidance to junior level in- experienced programmers. In addition to the .NET/C# requirement the ideal candidate will also have 1 or more of the following qualifications: • Silverlight 4 • MVVM • Entity Framework 4.0 • .NET Framework 3.0 (Windows Communication Framework & Windows Workflow Framework) • WCF RIA Services • WCF services • Good knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005, 2008 • Windows Azure • SQL Azure • AJAX and XML Web Services • Share Point Windows Services • Good Trouble shooting and problem solving skills • Must have good written and verbal communication skills • Experience with SQL Server and IIS Administration Core Skills • .Net3.5 • Silverlight 4 • MVVM • VS.NET 2008 • C# 3.5 & ASP.NET • Windows Azure • AJAX, JQuery • SQL SERVER 2008 • CSS, JavaScript, HTML • Visio, Web services • Share point (MOSS 2007) Desired Skills Code smith, IIS Administration, WCF, MYSQL, Graphic designing tools Environment General Office Environment Daily exposure to PC Intelex Systems HR Team"
