The company specializes in electronic ID verification for major Government, Financial and Merchant facilities around the world and in Australia. Strong growth projects = staff. This is where you come in… Duties & Responsibilities: · Provide technical and sales support to a range of clients · Support client set-up, certification and systems integration · Account management – client liaison · Working with clients to integrate new processes · Technical support and issue resolution · Act as the medium between the client and internal technical staff What we need from you? 1. 2-3 years working as a Technical Sales Support within a IT/Technology environment 2. Understanding of programming languages ie .Net, PHP & Java (at least 2) 3. Solid client and account management skills – ability to work with a range of clients. Consulting experience would be highly desirable 4. Technical documentation and project implementation experience 5. ‘Go the extra mile’ attitude.
