Using inquiries furnished through advertising, Representative Generated Referrals (RGRs), and High School presentations,visits, Admissions Representatives call potential students and arrange for them to visit the school. The Admissions Representative conducts a career planning session with each candidate for admission and presents clear and accurate information on the career, curriculum, and employment opportunities adhering to our Admissions Code of Ethics as well as completing all paperwork for the application/enrollment process. This position evaluates and resolves student inquiries, issues and problems relating to the admissions process, and ensures that appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Company, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policy, procedures, and legal requirements. Under general supervision, provide motivating presentations to high school classrooms throughout a defined recruiting territory that will generate quality high school inquiries while adhering to all state and federal guidelines and meeting accreditation requirements. Act as the liaison for the school between the local community and high schools. Requirements/Qualifications for Position: 2-3 years outside sales, entrepreneurial, customer service or field education experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Entrepreneurial mindset • Successful marketing skills • Proven ability to achieve and manage goals in a defined territory • Extensive travel in designated areas assigned; overnight on occasion • Driven and motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team • Prior personal lines insurance experience desirable • military recruitment or staffing background a plus • Excellent rapport building and communication skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends • High level of ethics and integrity Years experience in field or position: Education Level: Required: • High School Diploma Preferred: • College degree • Training or experience in public speaking • Previous counseling and customer service experience Certifications or other: Salaried or Hourly: (If hourly, state days/time and include Saturdays, if needed) Salaried Name of Manager receiving resumes: Ronald Zelman Email address of manager receiving resumes: rzelman@lincolntech.com"
