"Job Function & Responsibilities: • Evolution & management of a Single Quality Management System for the company, encompassing OHSAS, QC08000, ISO14001, ISO9000, TL9000 & ISO 13485. • Support & facilitate Key customer & Certification Body audits. • Develop, implement & manage effective problem management system. • Manage a team of Factory Quality Managers & Quality System Administrators. • External interaction with the Customers & Certification Bodies. • Internal interaction with the Operations team, Engineering team & Sales management team. Required Skills & Experience: • Education: Degree minimum Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline. • Minimum 10 years of experience in developing & managing multi-site Quality Management Systems. • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a multi-national company. • Experience in hosting customer & certification body audits. • Specific Knowledge and Certificate/License. • Deep understanding of current and emerging quality standards. • IT literate. • Fluent in English & Mandarin.
