Please review all of our nation-wide jobs at www.7SolutionsUSA.com General Comments THIS JOB WILL BE LOCATED IN THE CORPORATE R&D FACILITY OF A MAJOR HVAC EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER...THE POSITION WILL BE WORKKING WITH LARGE COMMERCIAL HVAC UNITS. • Under general direction, develops and applies advanced mechanical engineering design methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems. • Plans, conducts and technically directs projects or major phases of significant projects. Coordinates the efforts of engineers and technical support staff. • Conducts investigations or tests of considerable complexity pertaining to the development of new designs, methods, materials. • Reviews literature, patents and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects. Recommends corrections in technical analysis and design. May provide technical consultation to other organizations and work leadership for lower level employees. RREQUIREMENTS SKILL SET • Exceptional problem solving abilities •Ability to make decisions on limited amounts of data and details. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong attention to detail •Ability to manage multiple projects at once •Ability to complete tests and resolve problems in an unattended manner •Flexibility and adaptability in accepting new tasks •Dynamic and “can do” attitude engineer with the desire to work with a great team and product •Skill in facilitating meetings, making presentations and communicating with others. •Experience with or exposure to product manufacturing is a plus. EXPERIENCE WITH DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING OF COMMERCIAL HVAC AND/OR REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS IS A MUST"
