Position: Business Analyst (Travel Domain) Total experience: 4+ yrs Job description: Min 4 yrs of overall experience Domain exp preferred-Travel Good experience in client facing roles Exposure to SDLC concepts Appreciation of different technologies Good to have Onsite experience Role Details Ability to lead requirements definition independently Solution conceptualization through facilitation, Solution Evaluation The candidate should also have excellent analytical skills and be able to sieve through large and often conflicting data to develop key insights. Articulate and ability to facilitate conversations between diverse functional and hierarchical groups to drive convergence of vision and viewpoints Translate high-level, complex business requirements into functional specifications Understand business impact of the requirements and take complete functional ownership of the solution Manages the scope of the project, Business Process Re-engineering Mentoring junior BAs and Ability to lead a team of BAs Should be passionate about technology and its ability to transform businesses.
