Our Production Manager is responsible for leading and managing our Coating Department to ensure quality products are being produced in a safe and efficient manner while maximizing capacity and minimum cost. Our Production Manager is an expert in the field of thin film coating applications. They also excel in leading continuous improvement projects by applying lean tools and managing the Coating Department employees with a “hands on” management approach. Are you a high energy, go-getter, with initiative and a desire to succeed in all cases? Do you view environmental sustainability more than just a current buzz word? Do you have a passion for working with adhesives, coatings, thin film materials, and polymers? Well, if you do, we need to talk. Start with us and you might wind up in unexpected places. We need a Production Manager with six to eight years of experience working with flexible substrate products or related technologies. Are you someone with a comprehensive knowledge of solvent coatings for flexible, thin film substrates? Don’t forget that you will have a few employees reporting to you, so you need previous quarterback experience. We are going to give a bit of preference to those local Southern California applicants who have more than five years experience working with solvent coatings, lean manufacturing and managing people and departments. Someone with an Associates degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Of course you must have a high school diploma or GED as a minimum.
