Job Location: Rochester, NY Job Duration: Contract to Hire Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Description: Qualifications: What abilities I must bring to the table to be considered: • 3 - 5 years experience with business intelligence development, including architecting and BI data modeling. • Experience in developing BI reports, templates and views using Cognos and TM1 module. • Solid project management skills in planning and monitoring projects in a cross-functional environment. • Exhibit organizational agility identifying and establishing relationships with people in the company who can get things done and use formal and informal channels effectively • Cross-functional collaboration: initiate dialogue around different points-of-view to find a common ground; lead interdepartmental teams, facilitating organizational consensus and creating synergies to arrive at the best business outcome • Effectively deal with ambiguity, handling risk and uncertainty with comfort, maintaining effectiveness in the face of change and acting on decisions without having the total picture • Use multiple resources to analyze data for abnormal findings, further investigating where warranted and identifying cause-effect relationships impacting the dataPossess strong listening skills and hear many points of view without bias, asking clarifying questions to check for understanding What will set me apart from other candidates • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field • Exposure to ETL tools such as Informatica’s Power Center • Understanding of capabilities of vendor infrastructure products. • Database proficiency (Oracle, Microsoft SQL…etc) For More Job description and to apply click on the links below: [ http://www.bereangroup.com/jobInfo.do?jobId=116006 ] You can also mail your resume at resumes@bereangroup.com and rita.d@bereangroup.com with the job #116006 in the subject line.
