"Berean group is looking for a Project Manager Data & Application Services for its end client Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: Perm Salary: Competitive Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Description • This person will provide leadership for data and applications services • This role will be responsible for the management of existing applications and the development and procurement of new applications • Manage IT data resources, including enterprise data model, database design, reliability and performance • The Manager Data & Application Services will need to be able to ensure performance and reliability of application software while managing contracts, maintenance agreements, and service level agreements • The ideal candidate will have experience managing a custom development team using .Net, C#, VB, Java, Adobe Eforms, Crystal reports, Lombarrdi - BPM and other languages, as well as experience managing Database Administrators for SQL Server and Oracle databases. Required Skills • Ability to lead and direct personnel of varying and differing skills and backgrounds • At least five years of experience in the field or a related field • Self -starter who is a strong team player • Ability to discuss many options and objectively determine the best solution to a problem • Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously • Advanced knowledge and experience with multiple I.T. applications or infrastructure components • Demonstrated ability to lead projects Desired Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10 years experience in a professional level role with progressive levels of responsibilities • 5 years experience leading and directing personnel of varying and differing skills and backgrounds including Experience managing a custom development team using .Net, C#, VB, Java, Adobe Eforms, Crystal reports, Lombarrdi - BPM and other languages • Must have working knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, ASAP, ITIL?) in applications • Advanced knowledge of utility business processes • Hands on experience using .Net, C#, VB, Java, Adobe Eforms, Crystal reports, Lombarrdi - BPM and other languages.Hands-on experience using Database Administrators for SQL Server and Oracle databases.
