Responsibility for advertising, promotion, public and media relations 6. Large subscriber base experience and ability to demonstrate capability of handling mega projects 7. Serving as Chief Brand Manager or commercial ops 8. Managing capex and opex budgets for the Department 9. Managing inter-department co-ordination 10.
