Secondarily, this position will serve as a “second level” technical support resource for the Operations & Support staff on these applications when required.   POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for configuration, management and maintenance of the Microsoft Exchange messaging infrastructure and other e-mail gateways. 2. Responsible for configuration, management and maintenance of the Microsoft CRM infrastructure. 3. Responsible for configuration, management and maintenance of the Microsoft SharePoint infrastructure. 4. Manages change management processes relating to projects affecting Enterprise Server Applications. 5. Makes certain that Enterprise Systems availability is maintained at the highest possible level . 6. Responsible for ensuring optimal health and performance of Microsoft SQL Servers. 7. Assists the support staff in troubleshooting user issues with all Enterprise platforms and client software. 8. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.   RELATIONSHIPS The Enterprise Systems Engineer reports directly to the Information Technology Operations Manager.   QUALIFICATIONS 1. Requires Microsoft MCM (Microsoft Certified Master) or Microsoft MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) certification in one or more of the following: Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 2. BS or BA in Management Information Systems or Business Administration preferred 3. Prefer 5-7 years’ work experience in a medium to large enterprise system environment. 4. Demonstrated technical proficiency with Windows 2008 Server and Active Directory. 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 6. Demonstrated previous project management experience. 7.
