Position will be responsible for a staff of approximately 26 individuals, including the operation of a Refugee Camp currently housing 3,500 individuals. 20% travel to outlying regions will be required. Understanding of microcredit principles and application in agrarian communities. Project and administrative experience in a cross cultural environment. 5+ years experience in project management.
