As a Project Coordinator / Associate Recruiter, you will use our extensive network and database to match candidates to positions in sales, marketing, QA/RA and engineering, R&D, and senior level positions. "Prospecting" for clients is not required. While our methodologies are "high touch" (our President travels to conferences and has extensive industry connections), our home office is a HIGHLY technical office. Our recruiters use multiple monitors to access data, deep internet research, and marketing communication such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Medical Device Forums, and blogging to stay current. You will need to be totally tuned in to the internet and able to navigate the computer "fearlessly" to research and source candidates, as well be very focused and able to talk credibly to candidates at all levels. Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of experience in Medical Device, Imaging, Pharmaceutical Sales, Technology Sales, HR, or Recruiting. • Must be computer literate & highly proficient in MS Word and internet research. • Must have accurate and fast keyboarding skills and the ability to "listen" and process complex information during phone (and occasionally) in-person interviews with candidates. • Outstanding judgment and ability to assess candidate qualifications (written, verbal, and most importantly, medical experience relative to new career opportunities. • Excellent verbal skills and a genuine ease and enjoyment of helping people (especially in this difficult employment environment). • A can do, will do attitude and a desire to excel. • Medical sales experience is highly preferred as we work with leading medical companies and use terms relative to surgical, imaging and medical device products. • A small base salary (not draw) of $24,000 is available. After a 60 day training period, you will be eligible for commissions. First full year compensation for associates in our firm has ranged from $35,000 to over $75,000 and is highly dependant on individual performance.
