Follow us on twitter.com/coberonchronos and facebook.com /coberonchronos On behalf of our leading multinational corporation client we are looking for an HR Expert – based in Vienna Responsibilities: The HR Expert will be providing HR support to business functions across areas such as employee relations, talent management and retention, change management and performance management. • Employment admin (documentation related to employment and deployment) – both in English and German – in details this person will have to create the employment contracts, private pension contracts, administer documentations and financial closing when somebody is leaving • Crating monthly reports on headcount and wages • Preparing for payroll (checking cost reimbursement requests, prepare all papers for payroll administration) • Maintain timesheets • Cooperate in creating the HR policy • Interviewing, creating offers • Keeping contact with employee in HR related questions • Expat management (maintain relations with the relocation company , expat benefits, work and residence permit coordination) Required experience: • Graduate or equivalent, HR qualification preferred • HR generalist experience (2 -3 years) in a multinational • Labor Relations experience in Austria is required • Experience of working in a large multi-national, matrix organization • Fluent English and German (communicating with authorities, creating reports to the management, contracting) • Excellent PC skills, great Excel literacy Please send your full CV with a breakdown of current/required package breakdown to europe@chronosconsulting.com"
