The Business Analyst would act as a database subject matter expert to develop and maintain reports/data queries using FoxPro, Access, or SQL; act as a liaison between the end-users and the IT programmers; provide end-user training; and act as a project coordinator. The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology; 3 – 5 years of experience with database applications, analysis, and reporting, knowledge of FoxPro required; 3+ years experience implementing and supporting major database applications, preferably using Access or FoxPro; strong SQL, ETL, and Data Warehousing tools experience; previous financial services a plus; project management skills required; strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and comfortable working with all levels of corporate infrastructure.
