Once hired, the Brand Manager will manage the P&L for their North American brands of a billion+++ multinational corporation. You'll report to the VP Marketing & give updates to the CEO bi-weekly while working for one of the fastest growing companies in the world. Even the President of the United States knows the product lines. The Brand Manager will be expected to roll-up their sleeves & get the job done. You'll be an individual contributor with a support staff (Marketing Communication, Technical Marketing & Government Relations / Lobbyists). Promotions after this role include running marketing, marcom, technical marketing, or sales roles. Since you have a Marketing background, I thought I'd share exactly what I'm looking for; stated another way: we are ONLY interviewing candidates that meet four (4) mandatory requirements: • 5-10 years of marketing experience within Consumer Goods (i.e., Pfizer, Wyeth, Kraft Foods, P&G, & PepsiCo) or Durable Goods (i.e., Masco, Sherwin-Williams, Black & Decker & Owens Corning) • Consistent brand management promotions (i.e., Brand Assistant, Asst.
