Note: The last two HRBPs I recruited were promoted to "Director" within 18 months. Maybe you will be next hire placed on a fast track program. Since you have a HR background, I thought I'd share exactly what I'm looking for; stated another way: we are ONLY interviewing candidates that meet five (5) mandatory requirements: • From well known Corporations (i.e., huge publically traded / private companies). • Advancing faster than their HR peers (i.e., 5-12 years experience after college with annual base salaries between $120-170 AUD) ... no job hoppers. • Experienced with Australian & New Zealand employment law. • A Bachelors degree; ideally, Masters degree from top universities. • Authorized to work in Australia.
