This is a hands-on technical position. The consultant will be responsible for participating in all support activities along with the offshore team. The key responsibilities are to fix the Incidents based on the priorities, support all aspects of the delivery, consulting with the offshore counterparts on capacity, guiding the offshore team, interacting with the Business to understand the Business Requirement and providing solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Knowledge & Experience: • Atleast 5-6 years experience in IT software support and delivery • Atleast 3-4 years experience in Ab Initio and Unix • Working experience leading a support team to deliver 24x7 support. Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions. • Hands-on experience with automated software and system management tools. • Knowledge of Software Development Best Practices and SDLC. • Should be willing to work in offshore-onsite model of Delivery • Should be able to guide the offshore team in delivery. • Exceptional communication skills; articulate and persuasive.
