"Contract position-24 months Send resumes to: bciociola@covexllc.com Reporting to the Facilities, Utilities and Equipment Consent Decree Leader, the Facilities, Utilities and Equipment Engineering Lead will be responsible to lead and oversee the execution of Consent Decree activities related to HVAC systems: • Develops and deploys detailed plans to address Consent Decree specific activities assigned and related to Facilities, Utilities & Equipment (FUE). • Presents and provides periodic updates to Engineering management and Project’s stakeholders on project status. Assures constant and thorough communication and alignment through frequent meetings and minutes, and the use of project time lines. • Develops and deploys specific programs, procedures and standards assigned and related to Facilities, Utilities & Equipment. • Manages teams and reports in specific activities assigned and related to Facilities, Utilities & Equipment between several manufacturing sites. • Reviews Consent Decree specific technical challenges assigned during technical forums and drive resolution. • Provides coaching and direction to specific technical teams assigned in the areas of Commissioning & Qualification, HVAC systems, Compress Air and Purified Water Systems and Cleaning/Sanitization/Pest Controls. • The Facilities, Utilities and Equipment Engineering Lead is recognized as subject matter expert with respect to at least one or several areas of Commissioning & Qualification, HVAC systems, Compress Air and Purified Water Systems and Cleaning/Sanitization/Pest Controls. • In this capacity, the FUE lead will support critical compliance investigations related to FUE and participate in companywide initiatives to improve specific assigned FUE practices. • Provides direction to engineers located in the different manufacturing facilities through theCompany supply chain during the Consent Decree. • Formulates and recommends policies and standards for assigned FUE systems and processes. • Develops, maintains & controls project budgets, and capital appropriation requests. Most important skills and competencies for the position: 1. Expertise in HVAC Commissioning & Qualification and standards knowledge in HVAC 2. Leadership Responsibilities: The person will lead team at the site, but will not have any direct reports 3. Travel to other sites: 30%"
