VP Business Development - Fortune 1000 Childhood Development Centers - Virtual 477901 in San Francisco, CA VP Business Development - Fortune 1000 Childhood Development Centers - Virtual Our client prides itself on working closely with clients, including several Fortune 500 companies such as Cisco, AOL, Pixar, Stanford University, the World Bank and BP, to design innovative programs that meet the specific needs of their employees.  Members of our client's team have consulted, developed, constructed and managed child development centers for employers nationwide.  Our client uses this experience to develop a strategy that is consistent with an individual company’s core values, culture and high standards of quality.  Our client partners with employers to: *  Identify the child care needs of  employees *  Develop on-site and near-site child  care centers *  Deliver service based solutions that  meet the needs of national organizations seeking a child care option close to  work and home Position Summary and Key Objectives This challenging and rewarding position will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales plans, forecasts, marketing strategies, and product and program development.  Specifically, the individual in this role will be accountable for: · Acquiring new corporate clients. · Developing and implementing best in class strategic account management for existing and new client base. · Developing winning sales and marketing concepts for new corporate clients. · Developing and successfully implementing new business and corporate contract models. · Providing executive leadership and developing a high performing national new business development and client account teams. · Providing guidance to and collaborating with marketing and finance teams in the development of new client pipeline and new business development process. · Managing the P&L for the domestic client business to maximize sales and profit.   Requirements · General Background and Experience Requirements · A minimum of 12 years business development  experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Experience  selling solutions into the HR suite.   · 5+ years of experience with a multi-unit, retail  or service, business is preferred. Must have a history of building  successful sales teams! · Demonstrated empathy for children and early  childhood education. · Proven sales experience in corporate benefit  services, or closely related industries, with an existing strong network of  key influencers and decision makers.   · A Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in  business or education.  A Master’s degree is preferred. · Ability to travel 50-60% (flexibility to travel  frequently is required).   Base Salary: $200K-$300K Total Compensation: $300K-$500K Location: Virtual for the right candidate (Client prefers NoCal or Northeast) If you wish to be part of this successful and vibrant organization, please email a MS Word version of your resume to recruiting542@cubemanagement.com.
